Our psychotherapists are able to help with a range of problems such as anxiety, eating disorders, bereavement, depression or feelings of sadness and emptiness, mood swings, low self esteem or lack of confidence, relationship difficulties, sexual problems, addictions, obsessions, phobias, panic attacks and other life changing events such as divorce and job loss.
Psychotherapists can be contacted either by phone or email.
Where the psychotherapist can offer therapy in another language in addition to English this is indicated.
