Finding a Therapist for Your Child
The BAP Consultation Service for Children, Adolescents and Families.
It is not always easy to know where to turn if your child or adolescent is troubled. Ifyou are a parent concerned about your child we can offer specialist advice fromexperienced, senior child psychotherapists who will help you find the mostappropriate service to address the needs of your child or adolescent.
A discussion over the telephone may suffice though sometimes one or more
consultations may be neccessary to clarify and explore with you the issues of
concern in order to get a better understanding of your situation. This will help us to work out what resources are available which could offer help.
